My Story
Having served in Catholic schools from classroom aide, to superintendent and even serving as a national director, I have been blessed to be a part of amazing schools across the country. What I found in the early part of my career was that while I was passionate to feed my students the Catholic faith and establish Catholic identity in my schools, I did it in random and scattered ways completely dissimilar to my academic growth strategies. What I studied and later independently researched was that systems of faith formation in the school needed targets and strategies just like academic goals. Of course the outcomes were totally different, the idea of leading a community to grow in faith needed strategy; a strategy to not just know things about Jesus, but to form personal relationships with him. I hope to partner with you to build this culture in your schools and to foster leadership to ensure this development.
